Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 10, 2025

Welcome to Trivayu Media Works (“TMWorks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

TMWorks offers content creation and management services, including but not limited to:

• Video Production
• Podcast Production
• Marketing Video Production
• YouTube Channel Management
• Instagram & Social Media Management
• Agri Content Consulting
• Agri Content Production
• Agri Content Management
• Content Consulting
• Podcast Studio on Rent

All services are provided in accordance with the scope agreed upon before the project begins.

2. Payment Terms

• Upfront Projects: Full payment must be made before the project starts.
• Subscriptions: Recurring billing will apply as per the selected plan.
• Refunds: In case of project cancellation, refunds will be issued after deducting the cost of work already completed.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution, clients are required to:

• Provide all necessary content, information, and feedback on time.
• Approve drafts and deliverables within the agreed timeline.

Delays in response or missing assets may impact timelines and final outcomes.

4. Project Termination

Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. In case of client-initiated cancellations, any refund will be calculated after deducting charges for work already performed.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables are owned by the client only after full payment has been received.
• Until full payment is made, TMWorks retains all rights to the work.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted in writing.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Photos Copyright

Some of the images on TMWorks's website are from freepik and unsplash website under the free use (no copyright). If you find any image with copyright issue, you can request removal by contacting us through below contact details. No one has the authority to file legal image copyright complaint against us before notifying the removal of the image.
